Terms of Use

Effective: June 9, 2026

These terms keep things clear for both of us. They cover what you can expect from this website and what we ask of you while you use it. We’ve written them in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. The site is operated by Pack Computing LLC, doing business as Andromesh Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the site.

2. Informational purposes only

Everything on this site is general information, not professional advice. Reading our pages, guides, or anything else here, or sending us a message through the contact form, does not make you a client and does not create an engagement, contract, or any other professional relationship between us. That only happens through a separate written agreement we both sign.

3. Intellectual property

The content on this site (text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by Pack Computing LLC. You’re welcome to view it, link to it, and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Anything beyond that, such as republishing or commercial reuse, needs our written permission first.

4. Acceptable use

We ask that you use the site reasonably. Specifically, don’t:

  • use the site for anything unlawful
  • scrape or crawl it at a volume that disrupts service for others
  • interfere with how the site operates
  • attempt to breach or probe its security

5. Contact form submissions

Anything you send through our contact form is voluntary. Please don’t include confidential or sensitive information; the form is for starting a conversation, not for sharing secrets. Submitting the form doesn’t obligate you to hire us, and it doesn’t obligate us to take on your project. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.

6. Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other websites because we think they’re useful. We don’t control them and don’t endorse their content, so if you follow a link, you do so at your own risk and under that site’s own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can’t guarantee that everything is current, error-free, or always reachable, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pack Computing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything in it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this website.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms? Reach us through the contact form. A person reads every message.
